In celebration of the hotel’s 40th anniversary, Executive Pastry Chef Edina Si and her Pastry Team present Coconut Crystal Cake, a delicate and refreshing mix of coconut chiffon, light coconut cream, and coconut crystal jelly, at $40++ per whole cake, available exclusively at Pacific Emporium.
Self-collection is available at the Pacific Emporium (Deli Counter), located at Level 1 of Pan Pacific Singapore.
